Terms of Use

By creating an account you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy. If you do not agree, do not create an account and do not use StageStash.

We may update these terms. If we make a material change we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use StageStash after a change means you accept the new version.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If the law where you live sets a higher minimum age for using a service like this, that age applies to you.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, so keep your password to yourself. One person, one account.

You keep all rights to the clips you upload. Nothing here transfers ownership to us.

You do give us permission to store your clips, convert them into streaming formats and show them to other users of the app. That permission exists purely so the app can work, and it ends when you delete the clip or your account.

You may only upload footage you recorded yourself. Do not upload professional recordings, broadcast footage or clips taken from someone else.

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. Do not post, send or upload:

• Sexual content, nudity, or anything sexualising minors
• Violence, gore, or content glorifying harm
• Harassment, bullying, threats, or targeting someone personally
• Hate speech or attacks based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, gender, age, or sexual orientation
• Content promoting self-harm, eating disorders, or suicide
• Illegal content, or content promoting illegal drugs or weapons
• Spam, scams, or impersonating someone else
• Footage that is not yours, or that infringes copyright
• Content unrelated to concerts and live music

This applies to clips, comments, usernames, display names and profile photos alike.

Every clip has a report option, and every profile has a block option. Blocking someone hides their profile and clips from you and yours from them.

Uploaded clips and comments also pass through automated AI moderation before being shown to others, in addition to the review described below.

We review reported content and act within 24 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account behind it can be suspended or permanently removed. Serious cases are removed immediately and without warning.

We may remove content or accounts at our discretion where we believe these terms have been broken. You can appeal by emailing support@stagestash.com.

StageStash is free and shows ads between clips. All Access is a paid subscription that removes ads and raises upload limits.

Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically until you cancel. You manage and cancel them in your device settings, not in this app. Refunds are handled by Apple under their own terms.

You can delete your account at any time under Settings. Everything belonging to it — clips, concerts, comments and profile — is permanently removed. That cannot be undone.

We may suspend or end your account if you break these terms, or if we are required to by law.

StageStash is provided as it is. We do not guarantee it will always be available, error-free, or that clips will never be lost. Keep your own copy of anything you care about.

Clips are uploaded by other users and we do not check every one before it appears. We are not responsible for what other users post, only for acting on it once it is reported.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

These terms are governed by Dutch law.
